... That was our conclusion last week when the AC was out. The poor pup just laid like a puddle on the floor. As long as the cool air refused to flow, he wasn't going to move unless we made him. As soon as the AC was fixed, he returned to his normal bubbly self. Our pets aren't the only ones susceptible to extreme temperatures. Please don't forget that when the thermometer climbs, we need to find ways to cool off to keep our core body temperature at normal human levels. Drink cool water or beverages with electrolytes and try to avoid activity during the hottest hours of the day, approximately 10am to 6pm.
